Clinic Policies

1. Consultation & Treatment

  • Informed Consent: All clients must undergo a thorough consultation before any treatment. You will be required to sign a consent form outlining the procedure, potential risks, and aftercare.

  • Medical History: You must provide an accurate medical history. We reserve the right to decline treatment if we believe it is not in your best medical interest or if you have contraindications.

  • Review Appointments: For certain treatments (e.g., anti-wrinkle injections), a review is offered within 14–21 days post-treatment. Reviews requested after this window may be subject to an additional charge.

2. Age Policy

  • Over 18s Only: In accordance with the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021, we strictly do not treat anyone under the age of 18 for cosmetic purposes.

  • ID Requirement: We operate a "Challenge 25" policy. If you look under 25, please bring a valid government-issued photo ID (Passport or Driving License) to your appointment.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Deposits: A non-refundable £50 deposit is required to secure all bookings. This will be deducted from your final treatment cost.

  • Cancellation Window: We require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to attend (No-Show), your deposit will be forfeited.

  • Lateness: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to perform your treatment, and your deposit may be lost.

4. Children & Guests

  • Clinic Safety: Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments and insurance requirements, children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the treatment rooms and cannot be left unsupervised in the waiting area.

  • Guests: We kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone to maintain a calm and clinical environment.

5. Refunds & Complaints

  • Service Refunds: We do not offer refunds on treatments once they have been administered. Results vary between individuals, and no clinical outcome can be 100% guaranteed.

  • Product Refunds: Skincare products can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

  • Complaints: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your experience, please contact us at camilafirettoaesthetics@gmail.com within 7 days so we can resolve the matter promptly.

6. Privacy & Data (GDPR)

  • Data Collection: We collect your personal and medical data solely for the purpose of safe treatment and clinical record-keeping.

  • Confidentiality: Your records are stored securely in compliance with UK GDPR. We will never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

  • Photography: Clinical "before and after" photos are taken for your medical records. We will only use these for social media or marketing if you provide separate written consent.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Redemption & Validity

  • Location: This gift card is valid only for services and professional skincare products at Camila Firetto Aesthetics.

  • Expiry: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining balance will be void.

  • Booking: All services are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred date and time. Please mention your gift card at the time of booking.

2. Usage Policy

  • Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

  • Partial Use: If the full value of the card is not used in one session, the remaining balance will be kept on file for future use until the original expiry date.

  • Balance Top-up: If a treatment exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid via credit card, debit card, or cash at the time of service.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Our standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings made with a gift card.

  • Failure to show up for an appointment or canceling with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a deduction of the service fee (up to 50%–100%) from the gift card balance.

4. Loss or Theft

  • Please treat this card like cash. Camila Firetto Aesthetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.

  • Gift cards cannot be replaced without original proof of purchase and the unique identification number.

5. Limitations

  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
